Happy No Whining Wednesday, y'all!

I don't have much to add to this week's entry, but I'm going to dig deep and come up with something.

1)  My skin is really soft right now.  I have no idea why, but I like it and I keep petting my face.

2)  My inappropriate crush on one of the Directors at work is now shared by one of his subordinates!  It's so awesome.  She's the supervisor for his department and we act like dorky, giggly 16-year-olds; calling each other in the morning, "Have you seen him today?" "YES, he looks so adorable!  He's wearing your favorite shirt." "OMG, teeheehee!"  And then I find a reason to go upstairs to her office so we can casually stroll by his office to say "hi".  Yep, I'm a spaz and I don't really care.  It's amusing as hell and the supervisor and I are having a ball acting like moron teenagers.  I'm fairly certain that this will be HILARIOUS when I'm packing my personal belongings in a box and being escorted out of the building...

3)  The President of the United States addressed school children today and I have yet to see a parade of zombified, Commie kids roaming the street attempting to round up Death Panels to kill all the old people - ooh, like "Children of the Corn"!  OUTLANDERS!!  So, yeah, I think that's something good, right?  I mean, think of the HORRORS that could have occurred from THE PRESIDENT addressing innocent schoolchildren and encouraging them to stay in school, work hard and take personal responsibility for their successes and failures.  Oh no, just IMAGINE the horror!!!  Holy balls people are retarded.
(Ok, so that last one wasn't really a No Whining Wednesday thing, but it needed to be said and it's my blog, so fuck it, I said it.)

4)  Blogger has a new editor, so I can write in red and I can cross out strikethrough and write really big or really small and I can change the font to different styles now.  There are no limits to the AWESOME things I can do ... but, yeah, I'll probably still write in the default style with bold and italics and *s because I'm very lazy and I don't really embrace change.

What's going on with you guys?  Anything new and fun?  Anything sorta boring, but not sucky?  Anything?  Anyone?  Don't be shy!

Eee! Blogger has a new editor? OMG I'm so excited I think I just peed a little. Off to write a NWW post and check it OUT!!

Maybe I need a hobby. You know, other than watching horrible movies via Instant Netflix or horrible television.

Um, um, um, I have band practice today! Yay! I have very many things to look forward to. I'm the captain of a kickball team and we're having a retreat deep in the woods next weekend! The first regular season SAINTS GAME IS THIS SUNDAY! And and the wknd after next, I'm heading to Buffalo for another Saints game! Yeah, I've never been much for whining.

No Whining Wednesday is in full effect here. Kids are back in school, everybody is healthy, and as of 20 minutes ago – I still have a job! Also the football season is upon us! Did I mention football? WooHoo!

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and GLEE tonight! BOOYAH!

I deleted my blog out of frustration, but I restored it because I feel strangely motivated by No Whining Wednesdays to do something with it. Motivation feels funny (it kind of burns), but I like it.

Also, my verification word to post this message is 'barbeh' and it's making me laugh for no damn reason at all. Woo Wednesday!

Ummm...I'm not preggers, so yay for that. I wasn't worried or anything, just a positive spin on saying it's girl time.
Excited for my jewelry thang, my breast cancer walk thang, my vacation thang, and all the superfluous "thangs" in my comment. I'm also currently amused by my bf playing with my dog in the other room. :)
Oh, and going to see the movie 9 tonight. Woohoo! Not a bad Wednesday.
PS You definitely described my friend and me at work, giggling over some boss dude we think is cute. I'm not thinking it so much these days, though, so she can have him.
Happy Wednesday!

AvB - Did you use the new editor? It's kind of wonky with the paragraph breaks, but otherwise, I like it MUCHO much! (I'm totally bilingual.)

jamiepants - I love your stupid face! I'm so happy to see you here. Have fun at the kickball retreat - FUN!

Big Daddy - Uh-oh, was the job in jeopardy? Which football team do you follow? I'm a Broncos fan, which isn't an easy thing to be in Cleveland. They've not forgotten "The Drive" quite yet...

jM - I DVR'd "Glee" tonight and I'm off to watch it in a minute. SO excited! I'm glad you restored your blog and I hope you do something with it. It makes me so happy to hear that you've been infected by the No Whining Wednesday PHENOMENON!

Whorish Mouth - That is a positive way to say it, I may steal it. You have a TON of thangs to be excited about! *I'm* excited for all your thangs!

Deistbrawler - Well...that's something, right? Keep up the good work! =)

What are you using on your skin? I want to know your secret.

A Lover and a Fighter - Ohmagosh, seeing you here makes me giddy! I really don't know what's going on with my skin. I use Philosophy 'Hope in a Jar', and while it usually does a pretty fine job, it's doing a freakishly great job right now!

Oh and Lover and a Fighter, it's probably also from the fantastic OHIO air. I think that's the biggest reason for the soft skin. And shiny hair. And big boobs. Ohio is kind of a magical place...
